I asked about an outboard motor for sale but sales staff on duty did not know about it, as the business owner was on holiday. Staff could not tell me how much the motor was selling for, despite being on display for sale. I would rate service as unsatisfactory.
I ordered a pair of kayak paddles and received a pair of incorrectly sized paddles. I notified the sales staff and was told "sorry thats all they had". Staff refused to replace the item as ordered.By M. Norton, May 22, 2018
